Further improvements to the banner maker

I've had time to do some updates to the banner maker:-

You can now preview both background and foreground images (makes things much quicker since you can see the images you are using before previewing, and you can also browse the image library now!)
More intelligent scaling and positioning of foreground image

Also being worked on right now - a whole load of silhoutte shapes made via Photoshop Custom Shapes are going to be loaded into the foreground image library. To get an idea of what's coming, see here
