You can control your stock levels automatically with puresilva - you will not need to worry if out of stock items are available for sale on your website - they won't be as anything that has a zero stock level (and has had stock control activated) will not be available for purchase - but will still be shown on the site.
You can set stock levels per item, even per-size of an item (as well as set prices on a per-size basis too).
