Improvements to banner maker

From lots of user feedback, we've greatly improved our banner maker facility.

Updates:-

- you can now upload your own images
- you can position uploaded/chosen images horizontally and vertically
- banners can be any size between 100 to 1600 pixels wide by 60 - 96 pixels tall.
