Page Rank Update January 2011

So it's finally happened - the first Page Rank update by Google update since 2nd April 2010 (on the day Google announce Larry Page, which Page Rank is actually named after, is becoming the new CEO of Google).

While it's almost a stock reaction by web developers and SEOs alike to say that Page Rank doesn't matter in terms of where you rank, it DOES matter when you consider how advertisers and marketers evaluate pages - they primarily use Page Rank as THE indicator to the value of a page.
