New upsell facility for the template

A new "upsell" facility has been added to the puresilva website template. This allows online sellers to "upsell" items in a number of different ways:-

Volume discounts, or even promotions like two for the price of one
Suggest additional items like a lens cleaners for the camera they purchase

The facility also allows site owners to put special prices on these additional items they are upselling, so as to encourage shoppers to by groups of items rather than buy them individually.
